Re: anything planned for the 4th of July?

Well, it would literally be a climb -- of the exterior. I was over at the tower this past weekend, and the entrance has been bricked over. But you probably already knew that.

Hey Karen,If you can find out what sort of paperwork they'd be looking for, I'd be happy to work on some software easily allowing a pseudo-petition to be formed for this sort of thing. I'm sure there will be many other small things like this in the future that the majority of people support. Perhaps if there was a way for residents (and future-residents) to easily express this to the city / developer / etc., things could start moving along.Just throwing it out there. Let me know if you think it could have potential.-Kevin

Hey everyone, sounds like we've got a pretty active thread here. :) I went by the pool this evening and it looks great. A certain father and daughter wet their ankles, but I'm not going to tell who. I don't have anything new to add to the discussion of fees, just a response to mbe19's post:I would prefer dedicated times for lap swimming instead of dedicated lanes, usually at off-peak hours such as the early morning. This usually ensures that the lap-swimmers are as equally dedicated, justifying such a large amount of the pool for an individual. During the summer afternoons when we've got over 100 people there, I'd hate to hear the guy who think he has full rights to 1/5 of the pool just because "I got here first."Just my two cents (or my 1/4 of the HOA fee, or whatever).
