My classmate, Jennie Baldwin, suggested I post here on Mueller.
Healthy Lifestyle Management
I am looking to create a barter arrangement, in part on in whole, exchanging my services in therapeutic bodywork and relaxation massage + Pilates=based personal training + cooking of healthy meals in exchange for a 1BR or efficiency apartment.
Ideally an individual or couple with specific health-related goals ( e.g. dr.'s orders to trim down 20+ pounds, diabetic, heart patient or others in need of healthy and tasty meals as well as those in need of relaxation and motivation)
I have 20 years experience in therapeutic bodywork of many varieties, 10 years experience in Pilates and personal training. I am currently enrolled in AOMA Gradate School of Integrative Medicine so I am 'on top of' the latest in healthcare and lifestyle management.
