About Me: |
I was born in Dallas but spent some time growing up in Waco, and Houston. But the majority of my youth was spent in Dallas. I attended Lake Highlands High School, which is part of the Richardson ISD, which at the time, was the equivalent of Westlake in Austin.
I graduated from UT with honors in 1974, and graduated from the University of Houston Law School in less than the usual three years by taking overloads. I moved to Austin and married my ex at age 26. She was 21.
I spent most of my legal career as an Assistant Attorney General and became Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, and became an appellate expert. Most of my time there was spent in Tort Litigation, where I defended doctors, nurses, PA's, and Medical Schools. I also tried premises and general negligence cases.
