Looking for a recommendation for someone to install rocks in our side yards
We just had this done last week - http://sublimelawn.com/. They capped the sprinkler heads, put in stone and they also installed a stone for a walking path.

HELP: Garage door won't go down
Ours was under warranty, they had to replace the motor it could not hold the tension so it would hit the floor it would bouce back up.

Custom Carpentry
If anyone is looking for a good carpenter, I recommend J&A Trim. Alex built a closet under our stairs, work bench in the garage, installed hardwoord stairs, installed door inserts with blinds and hung cabinets in the garage.
