Again, I don't consider it paying taxes on the part that "isn't mine" anymore than paying taxes on the property that the mortgage company owns. Technically, the foundation portion is just another part of the loan, but you don't pay interest...

I just don't know a ton about kids. I actually asked some children counselors and found out kids can learn to swim before being potty trained. I learned something new!
