Build a big ole wall around Mueller to keep the riffraff out. Curious to know what a "nonresident" looks like that makes them so easy for you to spot. I think I have an idea.

Cars towed at Lake Park
the rule from the very beginning has been "no Thinkery parking" in that lot. it makes no difference what anyone thinks about that rule. it is the rule, and I am glad the towing has begun.
