Can't speak to Meritage, but I'm having a Rinnai tankless water heater installed on my Weekley townhome. Looks like it's going to be installed just outside the rear door of my home.

Well, it would literally be a climb -- of the exterior. I was over at the tower this past weekend, and the entrance has been bricked over. But you probably already knew that.
