Income targets and services are required to continue for 40 years. Funding will include permanent loan from a lender, tax credit program, also applying to the city for funding. A motion was made to send a letter of support for the affordable senior housing development, seconded, all in favor, motion passed.
III. MuellerCommunity.com – Our neighborhoods website.
a. There is a map coming up in the near future which will act as a neighborhood directory. Access will be only to residents and it will contain a opt in/opt out feature.
b. MC.com also has a wiki component. Looking for a group of interested residents who can work with Kevin Ludlow to promote and lay the groundwork for the Wiki to be a valuable source of information going forward. See Dusty Harshman if interested.
c. Functionality will be added to the Group function in the future.
d. Need a search function!
IV. Tim Mahoney looking for an endorsement on a new sector plan concept he is espousing. Geographically determined, citizen based. Tim gave a short overview of the concept which could be an alternative to the city comprehensive plan. It was decided at this time for the MNA not to take a stance due to lack of understanding.
V.
