Description:	I am a yoga instructor and am offering yoga in the park on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am-10:30am. Next to Elixer Coffee. Donations are welcome and 10% of the proceeds from October classes will go towards breast cancer research. Yoga is a beautiful practice that increases flexibility, strength and balance, while bringing an awareness to the breath and decreasing stress.

Come join me this Tuesday for yoga in the park at 9:30am. Classes are open to all levels and are gentle yet awakening morning practices.

Donations are welcome and 10% of the proceeds from October classes will go towards breast cancer research.

Classes are next to Elixer Coffee.
