My best friend's getting married by the end of August.
Yes, I am her Bridesmaid. I am super excited for her. Finally, she's getting married.
So, I am here get some advice on how to lose weight without damaging my health. I mean to lose weight with a healthy diet. I am size 4 (US) now. I want to be size 3 by the time of her marriage.
Her marriage is in August and she is super busy with the arrangements. We both have the same taste in everything. So, we both have been going around, selecting and finalizing everything. She has
fixed her event venue 
, DJ, the menu, photographers and videographers. She has to finalize her wedding dress and the bridesmaid dressing so we are behind that.
So, what I am trying to say is that I'll be super busy helping her. So, I was hoping for a diet that would be flexible with my busy schedule. Something I can follow even in these busy days.
Please help!
