I posted in the general rumors forum recently about my pigeon problem. I got some really good responses, and I've tried to put in a maintenance request and contact Jennifer Harvey asking what could be done, but haven't received any response. I feel like my HOA should cover this. Any advice on how to contact someone in the know?

It took her a few days to get back to me & the maintenance guys were out the next day. Good luck w/ the turnaround because cleaning up after these birds is nasty business.
