Yes, I know I my social organizing has gone into the crapper this year. My excuses range from going to school (almost done!) to starting a business (almost profitable!).
However, I cannot let the summer go to waste without at least one movie night.
Therefore, on Aug 21st at dusk I will be showing the classic "TRON". Its your everyday story of boy meets computer games, boy gets zapped by computer, boy must fight mainframe in a series of electronica battles.
Bring your blanket, chair and cooler of kid juice box and adult "juice" beverages and enjoy the time when 3D computer graphics were boxy pixels of awesomeness.
I think you came up with a new idea to reach neighbors that do not use this site. We can use the chalk at the mailbox to alert neighbors to upcoming functions.

PS Noticed chalk bombing at McClosky and Tom Miller.
Announcing our new business- Toby, the Mad Mueller Chalk Bomber! He'll bomb the neighborhood with your brief, kid friendly message. No guarantees that it won't get rained away before your event. Your b's and d's may be switched around, but hey, that makes it even more fun.
It was wild to see how much movie tech has changed since 1982. And, it was a bonus to watch the kiddos running around creating their own version of Tron with the glow-in-the dark necklaces. Too fun!!
