My tenant's cleaning lady spilled bleach on an area of carpet. The cleaning group has insurance and will pay to repair.
They have someone who will paint bleached area of the carpet, but I feel the entire master bedroom should be replaced. It is in a visible spot. Any recommendations on a great carpet installer/expert?

I know the color and type of carpet used in the Meritage home.
