I've had two fans sorta go out. They're only working on one speed and it's not high. Anyone else have this problem and a solution?

I had that same problem with my ceiling fans, and I am in a David Weekley home. The company that installed the fans was Lighting Connection...I might be mistaken, but the Meritage Sales office can tell you for sure. Johnny is who I spoke with at Lighting Connection and they replaced it under warranty...but the warranty is only for a year. He might be able to work something out with you though. I had another fan that made so much noise and they replaced that too.

The fan chain on one of my Meritage home fans broke and I had it repaired under warranty. It broke again a few months later and I had to replace the switch myself. It was a cheap fix and pretty simple to do. You can get a switch at Home Depot.
