It has been SSSSOOOO frustrating with all of the changes. I keep having to start over again with our issues. That being said, Yolanda seems to have a grasp of the process. And as a bonus, she actually returns calls/emails and keeps you updated! What a concept!

Seems like we are finally working through the last of our issues. Hopefully M won't change gears again and go with another warranty company midstream...
