I have been thinking about trying to start a weekly dinner getogether.

Let's start simply like gathering at the Mueller Food Court (Chipotle, Starbucks, Which Wich, and Doc Greens) from 6:30-7:30 or something like that.

So tonight from 6:30-7:30PM, we'll be at the Mueller Food Court with our Mueller hats on. If you're interested come join us. If you know a Mueller neighbor who doesn't check this site, let them know.

We're out of town, but we'll be there next week. . . if there is one.

Are you guys doing this weekly dinner again this Friday? I think it is a great idea, and we could join you this Friday.

Yes, there were four spontaneous families at the food court last Friday, and we discussed branching out to some of the other East and Central Austin landmark restaurants in future weeks. The trick is that other people also like to go to those landmark restaurants so we need to be strategic in how we try to get our large groups seated and fed.

This week, Michael Adams and I talked about going to El Chilito on Manor because it has a decent-sized covered/heated outdoor patio. So we'll give it a try and see if it works for us.

When: Friday, February 29th 6:30-7:30PM.

we will be there, and earlier than 6:30, since our kids would go into a total meltdown if we held off dinner until then. mmm...horchata!
