When we first installed the MicroCell, it was about 6-8 feet away from the nearest window and signal strength on our phones was inconsistent. I was told that moving the device nearer to the window would result in a stronger GPS signal and solve the problem. Since moving it within about 2 feet from the same (north-facing) window, we've consistently had 4-5 bars, virtually no calls dropped and good voice quality. YMMV.

I have T-Mobile and never had a problem in signal.My signal never less than 4 bars.
