Second, I wanted to share the link above, because I see this type of argument / strategy by incumbent or existing utilities to derail the increase of distributed production be it solar or anything else. They are understandably trying to protect their privileged positions and assets, but from a larger policy point of view I think it is the wrong approach. I can already see this in some of the talking points AE has used in reference to the Webberville project.
