Anyone looking to sell their 1 story yard house

My parents want to move into the neighborhood to be closer to their twin grand daughters. They are looking for a single story yard home, but all of the new construction is town home style. Any thoughts or suggestions? Anyone being relocated, and want to sell your house for cash?
