Anybody lose a Rooster?

We've got a rooster in our narrow side yard. He's quite healthy-looking, and has a very healthy crow. We've already got enough alarm clocks, so if he belongs to you, would you please retrieve him?

Although I can't find it anywhere, I thought roosters were not allowed in Mueller? Hens, yes. Roosters, no.

Yep - Didn't think chickens were allowed, whether rooster or hen.

Agreed. For some reason I thought it had changed because the rules committee talked about allowing hens, but apparently no action was taken on anything we talked about except putting a "no dogs in the playground" sign up at Lake Park. And I'm pretty sure that did not do much good because the last time I was there, there were dogs in the playground area. SUPER!

I saw a similar looking cutie about a month ago near lake park. Thank you for rescuing it. Wouldn't want it to be dinner for a raccoon or the like.

Let me know if it is still bothering you. Roosters can be a little stringy to eat, but a day in my crockpot will bring it into compliance with the Mueller covenants.

It has been rehomed. Vegetarians need not avert their eyes (or their sensibilities).
