I live on Threadgill right now and my roommate is getting married in a few weeks. Another friend is building a house on Camacho and I plan to rent the garage apartment, but it will not be available until October.

Is there anyone in the neighborhood that has a room or garage apartment for the short-term?

Hi Ryan, We have a garage apartment that is fully furnished and is available for the short term beginning about July 15th. We typically rent it for $900 a month and would be willing to rent it until October 1. It comes complete with all of the amenities like tv, cable, wi-fi, oven/stove and washer/dryer, queen-size bed and a full-size futon in the living room. If you are interested in seeing it after July 4th please let me know.
