*Solar system that zeros ($0!!!) out your electric bill Oct - May. Electric bills for June - Sept are about half what you'd pay without the solar.
*HOA is included, which gives you access to the pool.
*House is zoned to McCallum Fine Arts Academy
*2495/month w/one month deposit
*Pets considered with additional deposit.
*Would consider leasing partially furnished
