Silly question all,
Are the larger mansion looking Mueller homes (4 unit/6 units) going to be rentals? Or are they similar to the row house and are going to go up for sale?

While we don't know much about the Mueller Houses and Work/Live Homes, we do understand that they will be for-sale units.

From the June Live Wire:

"Additional homebuilders, including builders that will develop the community’s first condominiums and Mueller Houses, a new home type, will be announced later this summer."

If we extrapolate from the Phase I info release, 'later this summer' in CatelluSpeak actually means Fall....of 2010.

Back to the original post - I do think it would be good to have more rental opportunities than just a couple "luxury apartment" complexes, but I don't see it happening other than individual owners renting....

At 2200 for-sale units and 2400 rental units, I doubt that all 2400 rentals will be either affordable or luxury. I would think that there will be an attempt to provide a range of rentals as well.
