Has anyone taken advantage of this "entirely free" concierge service? I got a flyer in the mail last week about them, and wondered what the catch was. I guess if I could get them to pick up my laundry and wash my car for no charge, my HOA dues are a better deal than I thought.

I didn't read the "no charge" part. Looks like Alliance is using their purchasing power to arrange for "lower" costs.

My impression from their website was that they mainly will get you event tickets. Let me know if have any luck getting your car washed .

So the concierge service is free but they'll soak you for $$ if you want to pay your HOA fees online? Is this even a service that's worth having, or is it just added cost to the POA operations?

If we register for the service, can they then sell our contact information?

Does Alliance have some speakers to sell me out of the back of a van?

Ha! I agree jillians. I check in every few months just to see if they've finally done away with those online payment fees. But no. I really wish that process was more convenient. -Jon
