My Wife and I have decided to smoke a brisket for our visiting family this Christmas...only problem is I don't own a proper smoker, just a gas grill.

Anyone in the 'hood have a smoker I could use for 48 hours?? You will be rewarded with brisket and beer!

I have smoker...I love it. It's a heavy duty...detached fire box...and it's HEAVY. However...it does have back wheels that make it easier to move around in yard. And you are more than welcome to borrow it. Just down the street from ya. Corner of Emma Long and Threadgill.
