Forty years is good enough for me! Bobby Lanier of Balcones Custom Design built my deck. He is a conscientious and meticulous person. After he started on the deck, some horribly cold weather arrived. I told Bobby he could wait until it got a bit warmer out, but he showed up all bundled up in winter clothing and kept on working. He did a beautiful job on the deck.
