I moved to a 3.5 year old Streetman home 2 months ago. This house has a tankless water heater. The MBR shower has two shower heads - a rain shower head and a regular shower head. I was not intending to use the rain shower head because those use a lot of water. However, from the day I moved into this house, I have been unable to take a shower using the regular shower head. It produces hot water for about 2 minutes and then reverts to cold. I have tried raising the temperature on the tankless unit on recommendation of a neighbor. That did not help. I did some troubleshooting on the internet. One recommendation was to turn the temperature setting lower and turn the shower head lever all the way to hot. I tried that today and that did not work either. I despise the wasted water from the rain shower head, but despise taking a cold shower even more. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution, or is it time for me to call in professional help?
