The Robert Mueller Municipal Airport Plan Implementation Advisory Commission will be holding its annual retreat on Tuesday April 14th.
The following email was sent to the commissioners regarding the retreat agenda.
Retreat Agenda
Please note that I have been in discussions with Corky about the "access to public information" item. In light of Jerry Rusthoven's memo it will not be an agenda item this month; however, as part of the retreat, we will be identifying the different sub-areas of the "transparency" topic and whether the commission wants to have further discussions at future meetings.
Also, Greg Guernsey will be attending the May meeting (see below) and he will be able to answer questions about access to public information.
Neighborhood Contact Team Item-Submit Questions
I am moving the neighborhood contact team item to May for several reasons, including the fact that I want to bring in City staff to answer questions before the PIAC acts. I have spoken with Greg Guernsey and he will attend in May. He asks that you submit questions in advance so that he can thoroughly research all answers. If you will submit questions to me I will compile them and send them to Greg. Let's have all questions to me by April 30. I have attached
1) Kevin's draft letter to Greg Guernsey [although as you may remember, this would need to be addressed to Council instead of staff] and
2) Greg's response to Kevin's questions just for convenience, although you have received these previously.
Access to Public Documents Relating to the PUD-Submit Questions
You may also submit questions on access to public documents relating to the PUD for Greg as well if all of your questions were not answered by Jerry Rusthoven's memo (attached, again for convenience since you have already received it.) I will post that topic on the May agenda as well.
Work Plan Topics
Also attached is a draft list of work plan topics for you to think about prior to the retreat.
Food!
Rob Curulla will be sending an email today to get your sandwich selection.
